Ying Korean fried chicken - Crispy, Juicy, and Authentic Fried Chicken in Palm Springs

Food and service was perfect. Food cooked to order and served piping hot. Fried chicken was so yummy and crunchy!! Owner is a sweetheart! 10/10 recommend :)

I haven’t had perfect fried chicken in a long time. Even the $120 fried chicken I had in the Bahamas doesn’t compare to this. It’s golden and crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside—perfectly seasoned and not too salty. They serve generous portions at a lower price, and the service is very friendly. I was lucky to find this place—it’s tucked on the left side of a supermarket. Sometimes I’m picky about the environment, but this reminds me that the true purpose of food is the food itself. Not every restaurant knows how to cook, but great food can be found anywhere. Highly recommended.

Great experience here! I ordered the grilled lamb, and it was absolutely fresh and flavorful — you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The lamb was perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy, with a nice char that enhanced its natural taste. The accompanying sides were also fresh and well-prepared, complementing the main dish beautifully. Good food, great people. Love their fried chicken and crispy pork on fried rice. I went back to try their dim sum the next day. The Shrimp Dumplings and Siu Mai were on point.

My google maps is littered with “want to go” flags so that I always have options should I feel a bit peckish. Seeing that Korean fried chicken was around the corner, had to try it. The only “con” or downside I’d say is ordering through a kiosk. I get it, I understand why it’s used, I just hate kiosks. Orders the 8 piece drum and kimchi. This chicken is made to order.c on the spot. This is by far the crispiest chicken I have ever had. One or Two bites had a spike of saltiness, but that was sauce i think. I promise you this chicken is unbelievably good. It’s worth the 15 minute wait

I can’t speak on the fried chicken because I didn’t try it. However, I ordered the beef noodle soup and it was FANTASTIC! First of all, the woman at the counter was very nice (although did not speak any English but that’s okay!), the kitchen was SPOTLESS, and she cooked everything to order and it was fresh! Secondly, the portion was HUGE! Fed 2 people easily. Last, it tasted delicious and fresh and 10/10 would eat it again. Support local business!
